This is how it works when a PMS is connected to 4SUITES via Hapi:

1. The guest is checked in
2. Within seconds an email is sent to the guest with a link
3. After clicking on the link the guest will see the doors he has access to and  can choose which door he would like to open. No app install needed!
4. The email with link to open the doors can be shared with travel companions so they can also open the door via their smartphone.

1. After a room change to your PMS via Hapi, access to the room is also changed in 4SUITES within seconds
2. If the e-mail address in your PMS changes after check-in the guest will
   immediately receive an email with a new link
3. After checkout of the guest his access is immediately revoked
4. Access to the room is changed within seconds after the length of the stay has been changed.
