How it works for a guest
A 2-click journey
This is how it works when Clock PMS+ is connected to 4SUITES:
- The guest is checked in
- Within seconds an email is sent to the guest with a link
- After clicking on the link the guest will see the doors he has access to and can choose which door he would like to open. No app install needed!
- The email with link to open the doors can be shared with travel companions so they can also open the door via their smartphone.
How it works from a hotel point of view
Real-time access control of all rooms
- After a room change in Clock PMS+, access to the room is also changed in 4SUITES within seconds
- If the e-mail address in Clock PMS+ changes after check-in the guest will
immediately receive an email with a new link - After checkout of the guest his access is immediately revoked
- Access to the room is changed within seconds after the length of the stay has been changed.
